Indoor leisure facilities at Linden Hall include a swimming pool, spa bath, steam room, sauna and fitness room while outside we have a tennis court and croquet lawn. Hotel guests, members and beauty programme guests have unlimited use of these facilities.
We have one-to-one and fitness assessments available by fully qualified instructors.
Membership is open to all over the age of 9, male or female, although if you are under 11, it may be difficult to find regular competition.
Annual subscriptions are due on 1st January each year, and vary depending on age and type of membership.
Reduced subscription rates apply for new members joining in the second half of the year.
Morpeth Golf Club has a proud history. Situated just 15 miles north of Newcastle, our course is one of the North East’s gems. Formed back in 1906, the gentlemen of Morpeth initially played their golf on a field at Tranwell before moving to the club’s present location on the outskirts of the town.
The course was designed by six-times British Open champion Harry Vardon and offers you a golfing experience that is as picturesque as it is challenging.
